The European Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) is the biggest annual event dedicated to renewables and efficient energy use in Europe and is organised by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Energy and the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA).

The 20th edition of EUSEW takes place in a hybrid format, onsite in Brussels and online, from 9–11 June 2026. Each year, the event brings together policymakers, researchers, industry representatives and energy stakeholders to exchange knowledge and accelerate Europe’s clean energy transition.

Within the Energy Fair exhibition area, LiveBetter is being showcased as part of a joint booth featuring the Smart Energy Cluster. The Smart Energy Cluster is an initiative currently managed by IEECP and NTUA under the Business2Act project. For this occasion, the stand brings together 19 EU-funded initiatives working across smart grids, building decarbonisation, energy efficiency, and digital innovation.

Visitors are having the opportunity to engage directly with experts and explore results and deliverables from a diverse portfolio of projects, including: BUILDON, BUILD-OSS, BUSINESS2ACT, EnerTEF, Enpower, ESCALATE, EU-TRACE, EVELIXIA, GiDomus, GINNGER, Hycool_IT, LEG-UP, LiveBetter, PVSmile, ReLIFE, REN+HOMES, Reschool, WILSON, and WeForming.

Representatives from ICCS (project coordinator), UNIVPM, MoS and ECTP were present yesterday Tuesday 9th at the booth, actively engaging with visitors and partners and helping to disseminate the objectives and ongoing work of LiveBetter.

The presence of LiveBetter at EUSEW provides an important opportunity to connect the project’s vision with broader European policy and research discussions on energy system integration, flexibility, and user-centred energy services. By contributing to a collaborative platform such as the Smart Energy Cluster, LiveBetter continues to support the development of innovative approaches that address market fragmentation and promote the integration of energy services and non-energy benefits.

As EUSEW continues to serve as a key meeting point for Europe’s energy community, LiveBetter’s participation reinforces the importance of cross-project collaboration in achieving a more sustainable and integrated energy future.
